RADON TESTING
A radon test has to be at least 48 hrs long to be an EPA approved test. The radon results are printed on site at the end of the test period for immediate results, no waiting for samples to be sent to a lab & results returned.
Indoor radon can be a health threat, rated as the second leading cause of lung cancer. We use Continuous Radon Monitors(CRM), which have been accepted by US EPA for use in real estate transaction testing to test for the presence of radon gas.

LITE COMMERCIAL INSPECTIONS
I have been recently trained in the new ASTM E-2018 Commercial Inspection Standards. Commercial inspections are performed somewhat like a home inspection, but using the Nationally Recognized ASTM Standards.
The narrative type report is filled with photos & descriptions. You also receive the CD with all pictures & voice over narration on each picture. All printed on site for immediate results.
Commercial Lite Inspections are for building less than 10,000 square feet & the roof must be accessible, usually 1 or two stories at most.
